Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

2FA adds an extra layer of security to your login.

On Zenifra, the main 2FA flow uses an authenticator/TOTP app. When the user does not have an authenticator configured, the platform can also use email TOTP codes as fallback.

Enable 2FA

  1. Go to My Account > Security
  2. Click "Enable 2FA"
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app

Compatible apps

  • Google Authenticator
  • Authy
  • Microsoft Authenticator
  • 1Password
  • any compatible TOTP app

Disable 2FA

  1. Go to My Account > Security
  2. Click "Disable 2FA"
  3. Enter your current code
  4. Click "Confirm"

Password Change

How to change it

  1. Go to My Account > Security
  2. Enter the current password
  3. Set the new password
  4. Confirm the new password
  5. If 2FA is enabled, enter the requested code
  6. Click "Save Changes"
