Accessing the login page

1. Go to console.zenifra.com
2. On the Sign in to Zenifra screen, fill in the fields below
3. Click Sign in

Sign-in uses email and password only; there is no sign-in with third-party accounts.

Security confirmation

After email and password, every sign-in asks for a 6-digit code:

• with 2FA enabled: enter the code generated by your authenticator app
• without 2FA: enter the code sent to your email (the destination is shown masked on screen)

Click Confirm to finish. The code is valid for 15 minutes and accepts up to 5 attempts; after that, click Go back and enter email and password again to start over.

Common issues

Forgot your password?

Click Forgot your password? to start recovery.

Code does not work

• with 2FA: check that the authenticator device clock is correct and try the next code
• without 2FA: check spam or junk and use the code from the most recent email
• if the screen says the confirmation expired or was already used, sign in again
