Accessing the login page

  1. Go to console.zenifra.com
  2. Click Sign In

Required fields

Login with 2FA

If you enabled 2FA on the account:

  1. enter email and password
  2. enter the requested code
  3. complete the login

The main flow uses an authenticator/TOTP app. When the user does not have an authenticator configured, the platform can also use an email TOTP code as fallback.

Common issues

Forgot your password?

Click Forgot your password? to start recovery.

2FA code does not work

  • check the authenticator device time
  • try the next code
  • confirm whether the email fallback was applied in the expected flow
