Login at Zenifra

Access your account on the Zenifra platform securely.

Accessing the login page

1. Visit console.zenifra.com
2. Click "Sign In" in the top right corner

Required fields

Login with 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)

If you have enabled 2FA on your account:

1. After entering your email and password, the system will request a 6-digit code
2. Open your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
3. Enter the current code generated by the app
4. Click "Sign In"

Tip: Authenticator codes change every 30 seconds. If the code expires, wait for the next one.

Common issues

Forgot your password?

Click "Forgot your password?" below the form to recover access.

Email not found

Check if the email is correct or if you already have a registered account.

2FA code doesn't work

• Check if your phone's time is correct
• Sync the time in your authenticator app
• Contact support if the problem persists
