Forgot your password? Follow the steps below to recover it.
Request recovery
- On the login page, click "Forgot your password?"
- Enter your registered email
- Click "Send instructions"
Reset your password
- Check your email (also check spam/junk folder)
- Click the password reset link
- Enter your new password
- Confirm the new password
- Click "Reset password"
New password requirements
| Requirement | Description |
|---|---|
| Length | 12 to 64 characters |
| Uppercase | At least 1 uppercase letter |
| Lowercase | At least 1 lowercase letter |
| Numbers | At least 1 number |
| Special | At least 1 special character |
After resetting
- Log in with your new password
- Consider enabling 2FA for enhanced security
