  3. Click Send instructions

Reset password

  1. Check your email
  2. Click the reset link
  3. Enter the new password
  4. Confirm the new password
  5. Complete the reset

After resetting

  • log in with the new password
  • consider enabling 2FA

Common issues

Did not receive the email

  • check spam or junk folders
  • wait a few minutes
  • confirm whether the email is correct
  • try requesting again

Cannot access the email

In the current console, email change is not available as an alternative for password recovery.
