Payment Methods
Zenifra supports the following payment methods:
- PIX — adds credit to the organization, starting at R$ 5.00
- Boleto — adds credit to the organization, starting at R$ 30.00
- Credit card — saved for automatic charges when the organization credit is not enough; it is not used to add credit
Billing
- Organization credit — projects, databases, AI, and other charges use the same balance in BRL
- Billing modes — hourly, monthly, or yearly; scheduled Jobs are billed per minute
- Monthly cycle — processing happens once a month, on the date shown in Next processing date
- Plan changes — hourly projects can change plans; monthly and yearly contracts keep their plan until the end of the period
- Promotional credit — new users receive R$ 30.00 in promotional credit while the promotion is available
