How to verify

1. open your registered email
2. look for the Zenifra message with the 6-digit verification code
3. on the console's Verify your email screen, enter the code in the OTP code field
4. click Verify OTP and wait for confirmation

The code is valid for 15 minutes.

Resend verification email

If you did not receive the email:

1. sign in even without completed verification; the console takes you to the verification screen
2. click Resend email

Common issues

Did not receive the email

• check spam or junk
• wait a few minutes
• confirm the email was typed correctly

Expired code

Click Resend email to get a new code.

Wrong email

In the current console, account email change is not available.

Importance of verification

• confirms that you control the registered email
• helps with password recovery
• is required for full console usage
