Accessing the payments page

1. Sign in to console.zenifra.com
2. Select Payments

Available Balance

The available balance shows the current value of your Zenifra wallet.

Note: This balance is shared across projects, databases, AI, and other platform charges.

Add balance

1. Click Add Balance
2. Choose the payment method:
   • PIX (minimum R$5,00)
   • Boleto (Brazilian bank slip, minimum R$30,00)
3. Enter the desired amount
4. Complete the payment

Saved Cards

Saved cards work as automatic fallback when account balance is not enough to cover a charge.

View cards

Add new card

1. Click Add New Card
2. Fill in the card details
3. Confirm the addition

Remove card

1. Find the card in the list
2. Click Remove
3. Confirm the action

Next Processing

Shows the date of the next automatic charge, if there is recurring contract billing or an insufficient-balance charge attempt.

Negative balance

When the account runs out of balance and the charge cannot be completed automatically, the pending value is recorded as negative balance in the console until it is settled.
